Mobile Video Download Instructions for Blackberry
In order to download the video files to your Verizon Blackberry, please follow these instructions:

1. Open Browser
2. Go to www.vzwbusinesstools.com/mobile-downloads
3. Click on video link/title – Options menu will open.
4. Select “Save”
5. Navigate to folder icon
6. Choose folder where you would like to save video (the default is the video folder)
7. After folder is selected, you will be returned to “save file” page
8. Click on “save”
9. Downloads folder will open and show progress.
10. When download is complete, exit out of browser.

To Play Video:

1. Click on Blackberry button/Menu Key
2. Go to Media folder
3. Go to Videos folder
4. Choose the video you want to play
5. Video will begin playing
